It was an entertaining premiere, the story stayed true to the Who-ness of the Doctor Who universe. In my opinion it seems to be aimed at younger audiences. I find it less serious, While Doctor Who is progressively becoming more serious and darker. When I saw the image of Smith with the kids, I had a feeling that it could be for younger audiences. In closing, it was still worth to watch, and I have a feeling it will only get better. Not as good as Who or Torchwood though.
